First of all, people who work a long time for a company earn the trust of the boss. Therefore, he openly share information with his employees and empower them in his work. It is clear that they also promoted more easily thanks to the significant contribution. Secondly, intimate relationship derives from a long time working in the company. That is always essential not only at work but also in life. Thirdly, only focusing on a field enables them to accumulate more experience and become an expert in that field so that they are respected. Furthermore, many people choose a career due to passion. They are not interested in income, but they just pursue own dreams. For instance, volunteers participate in charity work because they want to help the poor.

However, from my own perspective, a modern person should have several careers of earning money due to the reasons presented below. Firstly, nowadays, people are more active, they want to have new opportunity, new challenger, new environment, so they find an addition careers. Secondly, because of the rising of price, people have to work overtime so that to every bill or invoice. Thirdly, If the finance of the company is unstable, It would be influence to the salary. For example, a person who is working as a teacher can also be an architect, an engineer, a manager...for any company they want

They not only want to earn a lot of money from a main job but also need to satisfy their personal hobbies through others which also can earn money. In addition, those take more than one career are not expected to become bored with the work they do. Getting to see new people and coping with different responsibilities could make them refreshed and have more inspiration for work. Last but not least, taking multiple jobs could give people a chance to find their hidden strengths that they have never known.

They can choose another job and it may make them more comfortable. Finally, they can both do the job that they are interested in and the job which is well-paid. Because they can do the work they want and earn money to have a better quality of life. This is a good way to make money while pursuing their dream career.

Firstly, if we just focus on doing one job, we would get used to it and gain better experience as well as skills so we would become more and more professional. Secondly, pursuing one single career would allow us to place all of our time, effort and passion on one place, hence we would make a considerable contribution to the job and become more potential to be promoted. Finally, life is not just about working, if we could just set our heart on one career path, we would have more time to enjoy our life.
