2. The ingredients
- meat: lamb, beef, chicken, or duck
- vegetables, mushroom, eggs, seafood
3. How to cook
- the ingredients should be fresh
- put the metal pot at the center of the table
- need to boil broth before adding dishes
- use chopsticks to load dishes
- cooking time take from 1-15 minutes
- is eaten with sauce
4. The feel
- very delicious with variety of favourite dishes
- have a great time together
- have a good experience

When it was:
-Last month, my cousin came back Vietnam
-Organized a special meal to welcome her

How the meal was prepared:
-Decided to make a traditional food, was called: Vietnamese rice noodle rolls.
-Just needed:
+thinly sliced beef
+package of Banh cuon. Ho fun in China. Made by rice flour was steamed.
+vegetables: Letture, cilantro,...
-putted minced garlic and beef to the pan, added some salt, pepper, then stir-fried on high heat until the meat was cooked through.
-laid out the beef and greens on the noodles sheet and rolled.
-ate with fish sauce which was mixed with vinegar, garlic and chili.

How your family enjoyed:
-ate a lot but did not got bored
-asked me the recipe

Why like:
-does not require much of recipe, delicious,
- one of Hanoi's specialties
