It would be beneficial for both employers and employees if people have several careers or ways of earning money instead of a single career in life. Firstly, people might work in more than one job at the same time, therefore they could make a lot of money. It means that advanced technologies help people address work issues from home. I have observed that many teachers who teach in school possibly earn more money by doing as an online tutoring. Secondly, having multiple careers is very necessary because people are in a high risk of unemployment. Therefore, people require to have certain knowledge and skills, which could help them work at different fields.

Firstly, Working in a company or a factory for a long time should be promoted to higher position, because they have more experience as understanding culture and policies of the company.
