Regarding the issue of living place, people hold different views. Some of them claim that living in an apartment is better than spending time living in a house. In this essay, I am going to examine this question from both options.
One of the major advantages of living in a house is the issue of privacy. There are people who spend their days and nights monitoring the comings and the goings of everyone in the building. However, the homeowners have option of building fences along their property lines. As far as what goes in the house, they can be as private as they can. Other significant advantage is that living in a house is generally more spacious and it can even comes with a garden. This is good for some families have the children or the older because they can have safe environment to play in or to do some exercises. If, however, the apartment dwellers might do not have enough space to play and opportunities to enjoy the fresh air.
On the other hand, it is also possible to make the opposing case. It is often argued that in fact living in an apartment is cheaper and easier to maintain than a real house. A good illustration of this is my aunt and her newlywed husband, they prefer to live in a detached house but they have to choose to live in an apartment because they cannot afford the mortgage to buy a house. A second point is that tower blocks are more secure than houses. There are 24-hour video surveillance in apartments. Therefore, if people go on vacation, they do not need to worry about their homes.
As we have seen, there are no easy answers to this question. I think this is a well-balanced issue. It is both have its possible merits and drawbacks. On balance, living in a house or an apartment depends on lots of factors like personality, family especially financial issue.

One very complex issue in today’s world is that many people face a difficult decision when they choose accommodation. While there is an argument that living in a house is better, I also believe that there is also a case for saying that they prefer to live in an apartment.

Those who argue that there are more advantages living in a house make one of two arguments. The first argument is that living in a house is the issue of privacy. For good example is that people can have the freedom to design, decorate and renovate their living spaces. The second argument is that houses are generally more spacious such as a private garage, a sprawling backyard for a garden… So people can have better opportunities to go outside to enjoy the natural sunshine and fresh air.

On the other hand, there are strong arguments for choosing apartments. One of these is that living in apartments may be safer than in houses. Because, on the whole, there are alarms and 24-hour video surveillance in apartments, peole can go on vacation when they just have one key and lock. In addition, there is a greater sense of community to life in an apartment. There are common areas such as pool, fitness room and clubs where people share together and they also can take part in recreational activities that is held by their community.

My personal position is that there is no clear answer to this question as there are such strong arguments on both sides. Perhaps it is possible for some people to live in houses and for others to live in apartments. It will depend on the situation of their favorites, family and financial.

 Outline
- Apartment
+advantages: price, easy to find, suitable for many people.
+ disadvantages: do not get privacy
- House

+advantages: privacy, do whatever we want
+disadvantages: far -> take time to move

One very complex issue in today’s world is that many people have to choose two living style, apartment or house. I think living in an apartment or house have so many advantages as well as disadvantages to the people.
One advantages of living in an apartment is the price. The cost for rent or purchase an apartment is lower than a that of a house. Therefore, this is suitable for  workers or students who is not rich. Another advantage is that it is easier to find an apartment in the center of the city. Houses is mostly located in suburbs, thus taking time to go to the city for work.
However, living apartment, people do not get privacy, it could be uncomfortable for them. For example, they have to care about their neighbors because in apartment, rooms very close and noises are heard easily.
On the orther hand, houses also have so many advantages. For example, people could have their own garden. They can cultivate various types of plants and crops in their yard. Furthermore, they can keep pets in their house where is not affected by rule of keeping pet as apartments

In conclusion, it is mainly depend on the people who live there. Personally, I think that living in an own house is more convenient for people than in a house.

Living in a house or an apartment

One very complex issue in today’s world is the choosing a place to live. While there is an argument that buying a house is a brilliant option, I also believe that there is also a case for saying that more and more people prefer living in an apartment.

Those who argue that people should have one for themselves typically make one of two arguments. The first argument is that owning a house, in long-term, could be more cost-effective. Some of workers and office staffs with a lower salary might not be able to afford the additional expenses like electric, water bills if the landlord raises rent every year. The second argument is that having a home allows them to design, decorate and renovate living space with the freedom as well as throw parties anytime they want.

In contrast, there is only one major argument on the other side of the debate. One of these is that renting an apartment only requires first and last months’ rent, which, obviously can be less than thousands of dollars put down on a house. In fact, according to CNN Money, in some metropolitan areas like New York, Tokyo, it is much cheaper to rent than to buy a house. Another reason for this is that living in an apartment is a flexible option if the renter must regularly changes or moves for their job. They may pay a lease termination fee, but it is easier than putting home on the market and hoping it sells in a reasonable amount of time.

My personal position is that there is no clear answer to this question as there are such strong arguments on both sides. Perhaps it will depend on financial source and work of each individual.
